Gator Day Book Launch

On Sunday, March 10, Illustrator David Opie and I launched our book at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve in St. Petersburg, Florida, hosted by Tombolo Books. We had a lot of fun presenting our book, There Was an Old Gator Who Swallowed a Moth, reading, drawing, signing books, Q&A, and raffling off prizes. Thank you also to Kate from the Center for Biological Diversity for partnering with us for the event, and a HUGE shoutout to Stephanie Coutant, Ranger extraordinaire, for her alligator touch table, gator education, and for leading the alligator walk.

Here are some videos from the event, taken by Alsace Walentine of Tombolo Books.

It was more fun than a barrel of gators!
